Hello my Name Is Mads
I am male (40+) and I am vain.
As a man, you should preferably not show too obvious an interest in skin, hair and body care unless it emphasizes your muscles. Still, it is expected that you look well-groomed at work, for your partner or your date.

Everyone knows that it takes an enormous amount of energy and time to keep the body in shape, and everyone can talk loudly about it - in fact, it's sexy and helps the attractiveness if there is sweat on the forehead.
Keeping the skin fresh and healthy is also hard work, so even though women's and men's skin is very similar, and requires just as much work, it is usually mostly women who can talk loudly about skin care and few men.
That this blog should change equality within this is a long shot, but within the last few years the men have shown greater and more obvious interest, so I would like to share my experience and knowledge about external and internal body care completely anonymously with the men and curious women who think they lack or could use some inspiration.

My knowledge is based on my own experience with input from scientific research, doctors and other experts whom I have either met in person or read online articles from.
Note! Test products on yourself carefully in order to get to know your skin and body better in relation to sharpness of products, hypersensitivity, roughness, dryness, content of fat, oils etc. The list is long and we are all built differently.
